Day 1: Nairobi → Samburu National Reserve
Depart Nairobi in the morning for Samburu (6–7 hrs). Arrive for lunch and check in at your lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive in Samburu, home to unique species such as Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, gerenuk, and Somali ostrich. Overnight in Samburu.
Day 2: Full Day in Samburu
Spend the day exploring Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives. The Ewaso Nyiro River attracts elephants, big cats, and abundant birdlife. Relax at your lodge between drives. Overnight in Samburu.
Day 3: Samburu → Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, drive to Lake Nakuru (approx. 6 hrs). Arrive for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive. The park is famous for its rhino sanctuary, Rothschild giraffes, flamingos, and predators like lions and leopards. Overnight in Lake Nakuru.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru → Masai Mara
Depart Nakuru after breakfast and head to Masai Mara (approx. 5 hrs). Arrive for lunch and later take an afternoon game drive in the Mara’s sweeping savannahs. Overnight in Masai Mara.
Day 5: Full Day in Masai Mara
A full day dedicated to exploring Masai Mara with game drives at dawn and dusk. Look out for the Big Five, cheetahs, and vast herds of grazers. Optional hot air balloon safari and cultural Maasai village visit. Overnight in Masai Mara.
Day 6: Masai Mara → Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, drive to Lake Naivasha (approx. 5 hrs). Enjoy a scenic boat ride to spot hippos, fish eagles, and abundant birdlife. Optional walking safari at Crescent Island. Overnight in Naivasha.
Day 7: Lake Naivasha → Nairobi
